I want to cancel my order - how do I get a refund?

As long as your school has not sent their yearbook to print, Yearbook Market support is able to issue a refund for your purchase. To contact our team, click the "ASK" button above.

If your school has already sent their order to print, unfortunately a refund is not available from the Yearbook Market team - keeping in mind that your school's order was based on their online presales. As per the Terms & Conditions available the Yearbook Market on the top menu of every store, full refunds may be issued until the moment the school submits their yearbook to print. Please contact your school to discuss if they can refund you directly if their books have already gone to print.

Note that print-and-ship on demand orders (eg. summer post-season sale books) are also not eligible for refund as your book is sent to print on order.
