When and where will I receive my purchase?
Most schools offer their books on presale months prior to sending the book to print. Yearbook teams design their pages then send the book to print just in time for an end-of-year distribution event. Other schools opt for a summer print run and a back-to-school delivery event, or may ship books to families' homes. Ask your school about their yearbook distribution timeline since they decide when the books will be ready.
To find out where the books will be sent, check your email purchase receipt for a notation indicating how your books will be shipped out from the manufacturing plant.
- Ship to school books arrive in a large shipment to the school. Your school will organize a distribution event to hand out the books according to their online order distribution list. Your school will be able to tell you when the distribution event will take place.
- Ship to home books will arrive directly at the shipping address indicated on your receipt via United States Postal Service delivery. Books will usually arrive at homes approximately 7-10 business days after manufacturing has been completed. Your school may be able to provide you with as estimate as to when the books will complete their print run based on the day the design was submitted to print.
