I need to make a change to my order – what should I do?

The Yearbook Market team can make the following changes to your order providing your school has not sent the book to print.

  • Shipping (not billing) information for a ship-to-home book.
  • Correcting names, your email address and grade/teacher info, cover personalization name or text-only dedication (love lines).
  • General refund requests (double-orders, wrong cover type, etc.)

For the following changes, please repurchase your product(s) and contact our team for a refund of your previous purchase:

  • Adding products to your order or changing cover types.
  • Dedication ads corrections.

We are not able to switching the shipping method of your book. Shipping options are determined by your school.
