I did not receive my yearbook. What should I do?
Before reaching out to the Yearbook Market Support team, please do the following:
- Find your email receipt. Did you purchase the current year's book in the Yearbook Market store? Check the date and the book description to ensure that you have purchase the current year's book.
- Contact your school to verify that they have in fact sent their book to print. They may not have completed their design in time for the end of the school year.
- Does your receipt say Ships to School? Your book is received by your school for distribution by their staff - so reach out to your school first to discuss. They may not have handed out all books yet or they may have a copy they can provide to you. Your order will appear on their distribution list.
- Does your receipt say Ships to Home? Your book will be delivered by United States Postal Service directly from the manufacturing plant. If other families have just received their books, your copy may still be on its way. Please wait at least one week to see if it arrives on your doorstep before contacting our team.
- Does your receipt say "Donate" on it? This means that you purchased a book that has not been assigned to a particular student, but has been donated to the school to distribute to a student who cannot afford a copy. If this was done in error, reach out to your school to discuss.
